Conducting Hair Removal Treatments During the Summer

Bikini and underarm are the most popular hair removal treatment areas during the summer months. You may notice the tissue there is much darker than that of the rest of the body. It is important to adjust the settings to reflect the darker skin type in these circumstances, and if necessary treat the client as a higher skin type.  Also, always remember to advise your clients to apply sunscreen, and to not expose the treated areas in direct sunlight.
